Product Desciption
1. General description of CT-C Colourant tray dryer/ drying oven
Drying Oven is a common type drying machine. Its application scope is wide, temperature is uniform, heat efficiency is high and operation is easy. So most pharmaceutical factory and food factory use this type drying machine.
1. Material of equipment: Inner wall is made of aluminium alloy, and outer wall is made of galvanized sheet.
2. Main chamber: It is frame structure. The surface of the chamber is near, smooth and color is same. Its appearance is beautiful, and there is no obvious uneven phenomenon.
3. Transitional: The inner chamber is transitional, the when working there is no air blowby. And the machine is easy to clean, and heat insulation layer has no water creep phenomenon. The track of trolley is protuberant type and there are footboards for the trolley.
4. Inlet air part has sub-high efficient filter to make sure the air in drying chamber is clean. And outlet air part has middle efficient filter. There is dehumidifying fan, it can make sure there is no return air at outlet air port, and it can achieve compulsive dehumidifying.
5. Heating system is steam radiator. Its material is carbon steel. It heat exchange efficiency is good. It is at the windward side of trolley. The fan is low-noise and heat-resisting type axial fan. At the two sides in drying chamber, there are adjustable air distributing devices. So the air flow and air speed is even, and drying efficiency is fast and even.
6. Upright post of trolley is made of stainless steel square tube, cross beam is made of stainless steel angle steel. There are welded by argon-arc welding. The wheels of heat-resisting are nylon wheels. There are two directional wheels and two turning wheels for each trolley. The structure of trolley is reasonable and beautiful.
7. The bottom of tray is screen type, its air permeability is good.
8. The seal gasket between door and chamber is heat-resisting and nontoxic silicon rubber. Its sealing performance is good. And heat insulation material is super-fine glass wool, heat insulationg efficiency is good.
9. The control system is touch type (membrane switch). The control system can control the temperature very well. When the temperature is overrun, there will be alarm.
10. Air distributing can be opened, so it is convenient to clean it.
