Agar  (also named agar-agar flake and jelly powder) is natural hydrophilic colloid extracted from various seaweed such as
gracilaria and gelidium and its final product feature present as off-white dry powder form or strip form. Agar cannot dissolve cold water, but only be able to dissolve in boiled water.

Processing technology

Step S1: pour 1 / 3 height of water into the cleaning and soaking device, add sodium hydroxide into the water, and put the hedgerow into the cleaning and soaking device for soaking; Step S2: after soaking, drain the soaked water from the cleaning soaking device, recover and store it for next use; Deliver clean water to the cleaning and soaking device, stir and clean the hedgerow vegetables, discharge the water from the cleaning and soaking device after stirring and cleaning, and repeat stirring and cleaning for five times until the hedgerow vegetables are beige; Step S3: remove the cleaned hedgerow from the cleaning and soaking device, put it into the glue boiling device, add water into the glue boiling device, heat and cook the hedgerow to form a gel; Pour the gelatinous hedgerow into the mixing pot, add perlite filter and stir evenly to remove the impurities in the gelatinous hedgerow.
