Purpose
This machine is used to produce shopping bags /carry bags (T-shirt bags) made of HDPE and LDPE plastic films; it adopts one-step molding technology to continuously conduct covering, cutting and punching at one time with color printed / non-printed plastic films.


Remark
If the hydraulic punching device is closed, this machines can produce flat-rim bags. It is recommended to employ 4 channels to feed materials with double-cutter punching and cutting; if the production width exceeds 250mm, you can choose 2 channels for material feeding with single-cutter punching and cutting.

     A: We mainly make high speed Plastic film blowing machine and plastic bag making machine.
          We also make   plastic granular machine and flexo / gravure printing machine if needed. 

3. Q: Do you make plastic machinery for Biodegradable plastics?
     A: Yes. All our film blowing machines and bag making machines can be upgraded/adapted very easily for biodegradable (PLA) material purpose.

          We can arrange engineers to to install the machine and train the worker on terms that customer paying the                         charges including flight tickets cost, accommodation cost, working salary 80USD/day.

6. Q: What is your price terms? What is your payment perms?
     A: We quote based on FOB terms. We can also help clients with shipping and quote C&F, CIF or DDU. 
     A: 30% as deposit by T/T, 70% balance to be paid after machine testing. We start to make your machine after           receiving the deposit.
   
7. Q: What is the leading time/delivery time?
    A: Usually we need 20-45 days to make the machine. It depends on the models of the machines.

8. Q: What is the shipping port near your company?
    A: Tianjin Port. China. 

9. Q: Where is your factory located?
    A: Our factory is located 350KM south of Beijing city, in the city of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. 
   
10. Q: What is the procedure to buy machines from your company? / How do I place the order to your company?
      A: 
1) Clients tell us what kind of machine they need / what is the specification of the film or bags they want to make.
2) We work out a solution based on clients' needs and recommend the right machines, send information of the machine including specifications, tech details, quotation, picture and video information.
3)  Clients confirm the specification and prices of the machine. 
4) (Recommended but non-essential: Clients Visiting our company to check the factory and machines onsite )
5) Contract signing between clients and our company.
6) Clients pay deposit (30% of the FOB amount); We start making the machine. 
7) Production completed. Clients come to our factory for machine testing, or we test the machine for clients (send testing report including onsite videos)
8) Clients confirm the quality testing result and pay the balance. 
9) We pack and deliver the machine.
