HDR dual axis antenna radar tracker:

HDR high precision dual axis tracker device is a new generation solar driving device which developed by Hengfengtai Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd.

The HDR drive device was composed by two parts include horizontal and elevation transmission. It can realize 360 degree precision position.
HDR series output use precision planetary device which realize multi teeth(about 60 teeth) contact mesh output. The core planetary spare parts with high precision, HDR drive device output backlash below 0.015°.


Characteristics:

1). High-precision drive, low backlash, the inaccuracy is limited to less than 1 arc centimeter, no gap for the output shaft.

2). Big output rigidity, great loading capacity. Output with multi-tooth meshing. Capables of high loading and resisting to shock, under the same conditions the transmission capacity is bigger than worm drive 4 to 5 times.

3).Big transmission ratio, high efficiency. Combination with high-precision gears and precision rolling gears, transmission ratio is about 50, 000, the overall efficiency is higher than 68%.

4).Vertical and elevation transmission in the same housing with compact structure lead to high anti-overturning moment, with self-locking capacity.
