Beryllium Oxide Ceramic Beo Hic Resistance Substrate
1. High thermal conductivity (200 ~280) W/m.k,  it's around 10 times higher than that of alumina


2. Similar coefficient of thermal expansion to that of copper (Cu) and silver (Ag)


3. High insulation resistance and voltage resistance strength, but low dielectric constant and dielectric loss


4. High mechanical strength, it's up to 450MPa and very dense ceramic body free of porosity


5. It offers very high purity up to 99.5%, also the finished ceramic substrate is free of toxicity.

The description of BeO Ceramic Substrate
Beryllium oxide ceramics offer a high melting point and thermal shock resistance. Its thermal conductivity is similar to copper and silver, and it has excellent electrical insulation properties. The thermal conductivity is about 10 times that of alumina at room temperature.
