FRK Fortified Rice Kernel Production Line takes rice powder as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient is available as well if you like. The material is extruded into rice shape by the twin-screw extruder, and dried in a rotary dryer  to needed moisture content. The extruding technique makes it possible to strengthen and solidify the micronutrient in the rice.

a. Raw materials adopts broken rice rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient. 

b. Products This line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion foodstuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder

1)Shapes. By changing the dies, same machine can produce various shapes rice,long rice, short rice, thin rice, etc.

2)Nutrition. By adding different nutrition, common rice becomes nutrition rice to supply rice nutrition to people, especially the people in poor region.That's why most of charity organizations contact with us to talking projects.

Packaging & Shipping

1).Packaging: daub coal oil on the surface to protect the machine from moisture, Then cover with plastic film. Finally pack them with wooden case.

5. We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the installation and teach totally in 10 days. The client need provide room, food, round-trip transportation, visa fee and a nominal $50 daily subsidy per person.

Answer:  We will supply a basic formula. You can adjust and find the best formula to meet your target market's taste.

5.How is the payment?

Answer: 40% TT as downpayment, 60% TT or L/C before shippment. Before shippment,welcome to inspect the machine.
