Hebei Chuangqi Vehicle fittings Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is a professional rubber hose manufacturer.
The factory covers an area of 5 hectares and the workshop area is 45,000 square meters. We have a complete rubber mixing process, cold feed extrusion process, microwave vulcanization process and high-speed braiding process and other production lines.
We mainly produce industrial hoses, such as air hoses, water hoses, oil hoses, welding hoses, hydraulic hoses and components. Chuangqi is a fast-growing enterprise specializing in the production of pure rubber hoses and braided rubber hoses, with an annual production capacity of 50 million meters.

Through more than ten years of continuous efforts, the company has increased technical investment and introduced technical personnel. The company has 12 engineering and technical personnel, 2 senior engineers, 4 engineers, and 6 senior technicians. The company has equipment: one large blister forming machine, two polyurethane pouring and foaming equipment, one large 200-ton hydraulic press, one 50-ton press, one vacuum formin equipment, and three positioning shear trimming machines. More than 20 sets of processing equipment. From the beginning of a single production of rigid polyurethane foam molding to the current vacuum molding and
compression molding manufacturing process, we have accumulated rich experience. In 2009, the company completed a total industrial output value of 10.01 million yuan and completed a warehouse tax of 250,000 yuan.

All of them are matched with more than 30 domestic OEMs such as Jinlong, Yutong, Ankai, and Zhongtong, and with international branches of VOLVO and India, New Zealand, Thailand, Taiwan, Poland, Israel, Britain, Egypt, Spain, Turkey, Brazil, Singapore, Germany and more than 20 countries and regions have obtained supporting facilities.
