This Multiplex Real Time PCR Kit for the new disease/Influenza A/Influenza B is a multiplex fluorescent probe-based Taqman® RT-qPCR assay system. Specific primers and probes were designed for the detection of conserved region of the new disease ORF 1 ab gene and N gene and the Influenza A/Influenza B, respectively. 

The kit accepts specimens from oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, nasopharyngeal swabs, etc. Samples should be collected, stored and transported without contamination. Specimens can be stored at 2-8ºC for 24 hours after collection. If a delay in extraction is expected, store the sample at -70ºCor lower. Samples can be shipped on dry ice or sealed in ice bags.

The kit has the advantages of high accuracy, high sensitivity and fast reaction time. It can be used to detect specific RNA in bronchitis lavage fluid, sputum, swab and tracheal aspirate samples by qPCR. Provides a high-throughput, fast solution for screening and detecting the new disease in medical observation and suspected populations.
