Terbinafine hydrochloride (Lamisil) is a synthetic allylamine antifungal. It is highly lipophilic in nature and tends to accumulate in skin, nails, and fatty tissues. Like other allylamines, terbinafine inhibits ergosterol synthesis by inhibiting the fungal squalene monooxygenase (squalene 2,3-epoxidase), an enzyme that is part of the fungal cell wall synthesis pathway.
 

1, Treating hair and skin infections caused by trichophyta(red hair versicolor bacterium, tinea versicolor bacterium, verrucous versicolor bacterium, tinea capitis and purple hair ringworm fungi, etc),microsporum canis,Epidermophyton floccosum,etc.

2, All kinds of tinea disease (ringworm of the body, tinea, tinea manus and tinea capitis, etc.) and by candida (candida albicans, etc.) caused by yeast infections of the skin.

3, Caused by skin mold onychomycosis (nail fungus infection).
