Low e glass
Low Emissivity Glass is a member of the coated glass family coated with one or more layers of metal or compound films on the quality float glass by using magnetic sputtering method. It has higher reflection to the sunlight, wavelength from 2.5 um to 25 um. Its divided into two series of colorless transparence and colored Low-E coated glass.

Online Low E Glass: Finished on float line. The film is single, but it is closely combined with the glass, so it is more stable, not easy to fall off, oxidation, but the poor uniformity, high radiation value of 0.2 ~ 0.25.

Offline Low E Glass : Offsite production. The best process for vacuum magnetron sputtering cathode, the film is more, now can have up to three layers of silver film, film a total of up to 10 layers; various colors and uniform, but the film is relatively soft, easy oxidation, low loss, radiation values from 0.06 to 0.15.

Tempered/Toughened glass

Vital Tempered/Toughened glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature (650 °c) and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressive stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use. It is ideal for areas with high wind loads and areas where human contacts are an important consideration.

Laminated Glass
Vital Laminated glass is made from two or three pieces of glass with a thin PVB film between each glass, processed with high temperature and high pressure. It can be made from
high-grade float glass, plated glass, tempered glass and curved glass. It would not crash into fragments when broken, since they are felt by the film. It would reduce the harm to people by the glass piece when the glass was broken, since it's not easily penetrated.
