The FIVESTAR Automated Decoiler Production Line is comprised of equipment as below:
Rolls of steel are automatically de-coiled from the single spindle decoiler. The decoiler senses material requirement via an optical sensor located between the decoiler and flattening machine. The decoiler uses hydraulics for the expansion of the spindle with an electric motor for spindle rotation.
