Use of Ponatinib
1.Ponatinib is an anticancer drug. It was approved by FDA in December 2012 for the treatment of adult chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and "Philadelphia chromosome positive" (PH +) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It is mainly used to treat patients who do not respond to dasatinib or nillotinib therapy, or who are unable to tolerate dasatinib or nillotinib, and who are not suitable for subsequent treatment with imatinib.
