Automatic foaming tendencies test apparatus for engine antifreezes in glassware by ASTM D1881
Foaming tendencies test apparatus for engine antifreezeThis Foaming tendencies test apparatus is used to measure the foam tendency of engine coolant with glassware under certain temperature and ventilation conditions controlled by the laboratory. It adopts the high temperature resistant glass cylinder as the heating bath to ensure a uniform temperature in the working environment. The Foaming tendencies test apparatus is equipped with a special airflow control system to reduce the error caused by manual intervention.Features: 1. Stainless steel frame can be tested at 88ºC
2. Aluminum cover, locking clip can fix cylinder and thermometer jacket.
3. Electronic heating bath with stirrer on it.
4. Stainless steel heater.
5. When connected to the cooling water source, the bath temperature can be controlled to 24 ºC, which meets the requirements of ASTM D892.
6. Accurately adjustable flowmeter with needle valve, support frame and exhauster connection.
7. 2 exhausters, original Norton (aluminum ball) or Mott (stainless steel cylinder).
8. 2 ×1000ml graduated Pyrex cylinders with rubber plugs and air inlet and outlet pipes.
9. Imported Omron PID temperature controller, LCD screen digital display temperature, accuracy is ± 0.1ºC.
