General Introduction


Coarse pore silica gel

  Macroporous silica gel, also known as C-type silica gel, is a kind of silica gel with a highly active adsorption material.
  This an amorphous substance, with its chemical formula is mSiO2•nH2O. Insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic and odorless, stable chemical properties.

  In addition to strong alkali, it can not react with hydrofluoric acid and other substances.
The chemical composition and physical structure of the silica gel make it difficult to be replaced by many other similar materials:

1. high adsorption performance, 2. good thermal stability, 3. chemical stability,
    4.high mechanical strength and so on.

  Macroporous silica gel looks milky white in appearance and has three types of products:
      block, ball and microsphere.

  Coarse hole spherical silica gel is mainly used for gas purifier, desiccant and acid removal of insulating oil, etc. Bulk silica gel is mainly used for catalyst support, desiccant, gas and liquid purifier.
