    A: For small order, will be delivery with 1-7 working days. For OEM order, based on your order details and requirements.
 
2. Q: Do you support sample? 

 A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3. Q: How much of the shipping cost? Free shipping? 
    A: Shipping freight is quoted under your products, No free shipping.
 
4. Q: Is there any discount? Can you do our logo and OEM box?
    A: Discounts are offered based on order quantities, and OEM and ODM are all well welcomed.

5. Q: How do you ship the goods? 
    A: Usually we ship by express ( DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT ), Air and sea shipping. 
 
6. Q: What kind of Payment method do you accept ?
    A : We accept Paypal or Alibaba Payment for Sample orders ; T/T, Western Union, Paypal,Alibaba Payment for mass orders

7.  Q: How do you pack the product?
    A : Normally 1pc per neutral English package,also can pack as you require

    A : 30% deposit for order,and 70% balance before shipping.
