Flatwork Ironer (Electric)
· This product biggest feature is combination design . Front and rear component structure is very close ,Through simple transformation to achieving randome combination. In user's premises can be upgraded from single roller to a double roller, double to three , four, five , six etc.
· The large drum is made of high quality 304 stainless steel. each presser shaft and shaft belt tensioning shafts are made of high-quality seamless steel with 5mm thickness , to ensure fabric smoothly, no clip edge and reducing ironing marks after ironing.
· With large drum diameter 800mm, and by optimized design of leveling machine to ensure ironed material contact area up to three-quarters of the drum area. it is have high efficient for ironing.
· Reasonable differential design for the feed roller , ironing room and a large drum roll to improving the screed data ; Directed heater design of roller to improving the energy utilization.
· With gears to make transmission smoothly. Frequency control Transmission speed adjustment smoothly , soft , non-impact , speed adjustment and flexible, low noise . with the anti- roll feed safety shutter , which can effectively prevent the accidents.
· Products widely is used in hotels, hospitals, schools and other agencies and professional laundry washing companies, textile dyeing factory, is one of the important washing equipment.
