Technical Specification:
(1) appearance: uniform columnar particles, uniform color, no obvious impurities.
(2) molten finger: ≥1000g/10min (230ºC/ 2.16kg)
(3) smell: close to tasteless
(4) packing density: 0.5~0.6g/cm
(5) water content: < 0.3%
(6) product safety: environmental protection formula, in line with RoHS, REACH and other regulations.
(7) dispersion uniformity: high liquidity, good compatibility with melt spraying PP resin, maintain the surface gloss, material properties, etc.
(8) high temperature resistance: heat resistant >250ºC, can meet the processing requirements of PP, not easy to decompose and change color
(9) stability: keep stable under normal temperature storage condition.
(10) assist to improve the fiber fineness, greatly improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the respiratory resistance of non-woven fabrics under the condition of the same gram weight, and the filtration efficiency is ≥95%.
