White masterbatch details
Masterbatch is a new coloring product of plastics and fibers developed in 1960s. It is a polymer compound made by attaching pigment to resin in a super constant and uniform way.
Color masterbatch is a kind of plastic colorant which is made of high proportion of pigment or additive and thermoplastic resin and is well dispersed. The selected resin has good wetting and dispersing effect on the colorant and good compatibility with the colored material. Namely: pigment + carrier + additive = masterbatch. Masterbatch coloring is the most commonly used plastic coloring method.
Accumulated years of experiences on formula and standard products process, Xinyang manufactures white masterbatch series of high loading, good dispersion based on lean production, so as to make sure the masterbatch compatable with polymer base and achieve uniform tinting power and reduce the pollution of the environment.Xinyang has owned specialized workshops to manufacturer this series.
These workshops are equipped with a number of advanced automatic production equipments, which greatly improves the standardization and cost efficiency of the products.
