It is internationally accepted as the ideal substitute for Chlorine Gas (Cl2).  Because of its special bleaching mechanism what not only oxidize and bleach pigment and impurity of plant fiber,no harm to fiber,but also the waste water from bleaching came up to the discharge standard without any treatment. it has been widely used  in U.S.A,Western Europe,North America,Japan  etc,in the fields of cotton textiles ,flax,and paper pulps bleaching.
