ZK813 Silicone Insulating Glass Sealant
ZK813 Silicone Insulating Glass Sealant a high performance, one-part, neutral silicone sealant which is intended for use as a secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit. It easily extrudes in a wide temperature range and cures at ambient temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible silicone RTV elastomer.

• Excellent adhesion to coated or reflective glass, aluminum or galvanized steel spacers
• Ready to use at low (+5°C) and high (+40°C) temperatures

• Good weatherability;Resistant to ozone, ultra-violet radiation and temperature extremes
• Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant
APPLICATIONS:
ZK813 Silicone Insulating Glass Sealant is intended for use as a secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit.
Typical applications including:
• Insulated glazing for residential and commercial glazing.
• Insulated glazing for applications under extreme conditions of humidity and temperatures.
• Insulated glazing used in greenhouses and skylights under high sun exposure.
• Assembly of glass elements.
CONSISTENT WITH STANDARDS:
• GB/T 29755-2013
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
• This product has passed ISO9001/ISO14001 management system certification, and strictly in accordance with ISO9001 quality system requirements for production and control of product quality.
COLOR AVAILABLE:
• Black, Grey, White
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
• 400ml and 600ml sausages, 20 pieces/carton;
• 200L drum packaging in bulk
USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
• When stored between 5°C and 30°C in the original unopened containers, this product has a 12 months usable life from the date of production.
