2. Product Description:
Automatic tube filling and sealing machine used for plastic, aluminum, laminate tube. It is one of main latest products of our company.
It is full automatic. This machine can be used for filling cream and liquid materials. and it is characteristics with firm filling, high precision of dosage. The three functions of filling, sealing and batch numbering can be automatically completed, It is widely used in pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food chemical industries. such as filling pharmacy cream, hair colorante, toothpaste, leather oil, glue, AB glue, Nanp-epoxy adhesive, Neoprene adhesive etc. Convenient and quick dosage adjustment, high efficiency, good-looking, compact structures are the features of the machine. The tube cups can be adjusted according to the tube dimensions. The important parts of the machine which contact directly to the filling material are made of stainless steel (SUS304 is for general use, and SUS316L is for pharmacy use). A special valve makes this machine be suitable for filling cream and liquid material. It is an ideal and economical filling machine in the pharmacy, daily chemical and other fields.

3. Technical Parameter:
○ Tube feeding and Tube washing , marking identification, filling, hot air sealing, codeprinting trimming and ejecting out the tube  conducted by a fully auto control system.
○ Tube washing and feeding are conducted pneumatically, accurate and reliable.
○ Auto picketage affected by photoelectric inductance.
○ The  materials contacting part is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to GMP for medicine manufacture.
○ With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is opened and no tube no filling. Overload protection provided.
