1. Product Description:
Model: YGCTF-2500(max. glass size:2500*1300mm, min.glass size:300×300mm)
Capacity : 580 Square Meters/H
1.1 Function Description:
1. In this mode, the loading section is controlled by the system of automatic control, continuous running based on the set speed all the time, the operator or automatic loading robot only need to simply place the glass on the loading section.
2. The system can automatically adjust the whole process speed of acceleration and deceleration. Furnace in one-way transmission process and continuous uninterrupted, most greatly improved production efficiency.
3. The operator place the glass after cutting, grinding, washing and drying processing, on the rollers of loading section, the glass can move into the heating furnace directly by the transmission system.
4. The system control the glass move forward at a constant speed, when the glass uniform heating at the set temperature, the transmission speed is gradually increase and it finish all the acceleration process when it reach the desired point, and then enter a state of constant motion, toughened system rollers transmission on this speed.
5. When it reach the cooling system position, the speed reduce gradually, until finish the reduction process, and the second part of cooling section, and the unloading section transmission on this speed.
6. The operator or automatic loading robot can take the glass off from the unloading conveyor, and this is the end of this part process.
