CY-A2 is the fastest liner blow molding machine in mainland of China by now. CY-A2 reaches around 2200BPH for 350ML bottle. Its baking tunnel is separated from the blow station so that time for mold opening is shortened with a result of speedy blowing and high output, damage to machine is lessened so as to keep reliable performance and prolong service life, as well as machine runs more smoothly and steadily.

CY-A2 automatic stretch blow molding machine is equipped with patented preform loading system, which consists of two manipulators: Rectilineal manipulator and overturning manipulator. The rectilineal manipulator moves preform with neck up to the preform holder, after heating, the overturning manipulator grips heated preform and overturn 180 put preform to blow station with neck down. After stretching and blowing, the bottle is taken off by overturning manipulator. The specially designed preform loading & bottle discharging system avoid possible damage to preform & bottle during transportation.

CY-A2 is controlled by PLC. The whole process from preform feeding to bottle discharging is completed automatically with advantages of labor saving and no pollution. CY-A2 consists of three main parts: Preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station.

Operation:
He standard operation of CY-A2 stretch blow molding machine includes four steps as follow
Step 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyer will take the preform to orientation units automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
1. CY-A2, power is only 25kw, which is 200% saving than other machinery, because the lamp is one line in the middile, other machinery is 2 lines on the side and has 3 phase, if the lamp has problem, you have to check it by each prhase separetely, which is difficult to find out the problem,
2. Machine structure is very easy: Preform loading, preform heating, and bottle blowing. Very easy to understand.

3. The machine NO NEEDS low pressure compressor, because only have 2 SMALL cylinders, and has a air storage tank, to recyle the high pressure air to the tank becomes low pressure air, thereby, for the 2 cylinder workings.

4. This machine has NO RUBBER for the sealing of the air, the rummber needs to change every 1 wewk, andit is difficult to change, and consume lot of time.
 Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
 
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days  . The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
 
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges  air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
 
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.

Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
 
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight
