HFB580A hydraulic concrete cover brick block making machine, it produces different kinds of blocks or bricks by changing molds. It is widely used to produce hollow blocks, solid blocks, color paving bricks, grass blocks, curbstones of various size and shape according to buyer local market.

It is conctrolled by PLC and form bricks with hydraulic pressure to guaranteen finished blocks high density and strength.

The molds adopt wire cutting and heat treatment to make sure the accuracy and toughness. Motors of this machine are all Siemens brand, enjoy global after sales service everywhere.

Yes, we would design and do the mould according to customer's Drawing.
2.Are your company is the manufacture or trading company?

30% deposit by T/T before production,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
6.Does the price include the mould?
This price does not include molds, but we will send a set of molds to the customer at random.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
