So how is YRT turntable bearing installed?
1. Load the bearing into the bearing seat.
2. The outer diameter of YRT turntable bearing is matched with the clearance of the bearing seat.
3. Tighten the outer ring mounting screws successively in the cross mode.
4. The CNC rotary table is pressed on the bearing end face.
5. The other end face of YRT turntable bearing shall be installed with flange plate
6. Taizhou outer diameter and bearing inner diameter interference shall be installed together.
7, align flange, rotary table bearing, rotary table surface mounting hole.
8. Lock the inner ring connection screw once in the cross mode.
9. The connecting screw runs through the flange plate and the bearing is locked on the table surface of the rotary table.
10. If bearing rotation is extremely difficult, loosen the mounting bolts and tighten them again in three steps according to the order of crossing to eliminate bearing deformation.
