Thermal Grease / Paste
Thermal grease / paste has excellent heat conductive, diversified operations and reliability stable performance, has good wettability on the surface of copper and aluminum.Due to the lower viscosity can sufficient wetting contact surface to form the low interface thermal resistance, which can rapidly transfer heat energy to the radiating heat device, high efficiency of heat transfer.Thermal grease / paste has good electrical insulation and tightly paste, low consistency and easy to use.
Applications:
Between semiconductor and cooling fins, CPU and radiator, between power resistor and the base, power supply LED, LCD, PDP etc.

Storage conditions:
Seal stored in a cool and dry place.
