1.1 Function Description:
1.1.1 This machine can realize the continuous drilling on one axis, it adopt one-way movement sliding platform, It can realize automatic positioning, automatic drilling hole of glass, with high hole accuracy by NC system.
1.1.2 It adopt double surface automatic drilling system, which is controlled by PLC drilling program.
1.1.3 It adopts hydraulic buffering and pulse technique, which could drill holes rapidly and with good forming quality.
1.1.4 The tower type belt is adopted for adjusting the rotate speed of drill spindle for the different diameter of the hole.
1.1.5 Equipped with pneumatic lifting table, for large plate glass production move online, this machine suitable for such as auto glass processing, one axis with multiple holes.
