Aluminium foam, a new light-weight structural material, is an isotropic highly porous metallic material with a cellular structure. We can provide the world's largest aluminium foam ingots with size(3000mm x 1000mm x H) and can make different products upon cunstomer's request.

Aluminium foam prepared by a powder metallurgical method is very efficient in sound absorption, electromagnetic shielding, impact energy absorption, and vibration damping. Aluminium Foams exhibit a reduced conductivity for both heat and electricity. It is non-flammable and form-stable at elevated temperature. The strength is lower than conventional dense aluminum and declines with decreasing density. Aluminium foam, this remarkable metallic material is recyclable and thus environmentally friendly.

Acoustic board of perforated closed-cell aluminum foam has excellent sound absorption performance and high sound absorption rate (40%-80%). Used in high-speed rail, highways, buildings, tunnels and sound barriers along the way. The foam aluminum sandwich panel is made of sound insulation board, 17mm thick, and soundproofed 22.6-38.6db in the range of 100hz to 5000hz.

  • Composite foam aluminum sound absorbing panel

On the basis of the closed-cell foam aluminum plate, the composite surface pinhole sound absorbing plate can be made into a high sound absorption rate sound absorbing material. The surface of the material has no plane, has many concave and convex structures and a small chamber structure, and absorbs sound through diffuse reflection and dissipates sound energy through structures such as micropores, and has good sound absorption effect.
