Petroleum Equipment Dies of Zq203-125 Hydraulic Power Tong Oil Equipment for Wellhead Drilling Rig
ZQ203-125 drill pipe power tong is suitable for petroleum and mine drilling operation.
Tong head is opening type, it can automatically release the drill pipe and the property
is flexible. This tong makes up or breaks out without any cat head, manual tong and
spinning rope (or spinning chain). The structure is the combination together with
spinner and torque tong.
Using this tong can ensure safety, save labor force and enhance drilling efficiency. It
is special suitable for frequent round trip and long drilling period.
This tong has following features:
(1) This tong simplifies hydraulic system because only hydraulic motor uses
hydraulic power, other parts use compressed air.
(2) Upper tong integrates with lower tong to avoid twisting drill pipe bent in big
torque operation and to prevent slipping in caliper.
(3) Workers operate it very convenient for shifting gear without power off.
(4) Automatic centralizing clamping mechanism ensures to clamp new and old tool
joint.
(5) Air cylinder can push or pull this tong to save labor's force.
(6) Resetting and aligning the opening is easy. Changing makeup to breakout is quick
and reliable.
(7) Torque and speed can be controlled. It can get the biggest torque and the highest
speed in clockwise or counter-clockwise.
(8) The clamping structure is simple. The clamping of upper tong and lower tong is
accomplished by braking band and clamping cylinder respectively. Doorframe can
avoid tong head deforming in big torque operation (70-100 kNm.).
