PVC coating pipe processing flow:
Raw material →Steel straighter feeder→Pre-heater→Coating mold→45/28 Single screw extruder→Cooling water tank→Blowing system→Haul off→Cutter and meter counter→Pipe rack→finished product inspecting&packing.
