Delivery:

Product confirmation including items, quantity and unit price, payment terms, and deliver period. Arrival of deposit in our account, production arrangement, finish the production and inform customers, arrival of balance in our account, make delivery.

After-sales service:
Our warranty for both disposables and pod systems is six month, and the defect ratio is lower as 3‰. If defective product exists and proves to be quality faulty, we will make free replenishment.

Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.

Q2. What about the lead time ?
A. For samples, 1-3 days;
B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity.      
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on disposable vape devices or packing boxes ?
Yes of course, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.

Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the faulty rate will be less than 1%.If defective products would be found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or videos. After our QC confirms that it's really our quality problem, we make replenishment.
