A: Sure,we are free to send you a sample rug under 30cm*20cm and you just need to pay the delivery fee.

Q: Does artificial grass have a limited life?
A: It has long life lasting 8-10 years. Artificial grass is a synthetic product exposed to outside. With anti-UV function the grass guarantees users up to 8 and 10 years life span. The development of manufacturing fibers of artificial grass is taking giant steps forward, thus offering greater resistance to wear and the flattening of yarns. So it is important to choose high quality artificial grass when purchasing.

Q: Does water drain througth the artificial grass ?
A: Yes. In fact, the grass have specially designed drainage holes placed consistently throughout the turf to ensure water sheds quickly and efficiently and does not pool on the surface.

Q: About lead time?
A: Total good quality management, punctual delivery. Goods in stock can be delivery within one day. Small orders within 10 days, OEM orders 15-20 days after all artwork are confirmed.

Q: Can you send the products to my place?
A: Sure, we can help you arrange the delivery to your country. But usually we will arrange the delivery to the customers' nearest port in their country and the customers arrange the delivery from the port to their place.

Q: Can I install the products myself?
A: Yes. We will provide you the detailed installation instruction. All of our customers can put up the playground themselves with the help from us. But for large indoor playground more than 200 square meter, it's better to ask workers to help you install it. Maybe the cost will be a bit higher but it will shorten the time greatly.
