1. Micctech VFD Suit for most of Asynchoronaus and synchoronause drive and support kinds of control method. For example:
Asynchoronous drive can choose No PG flux vector control, with PG flux vector control and V/F control;
For synchoronous drive, it can choose No PG flux vector control, with PG flux vector control.
2. Compatible encoder:
It support rotary transformer and ABZ incremental encoder.
3.Communication:
Modbus, CANopen and Profibus-DP.
4. Steady and reliable:
Micctech uses high-class electronic units, excellent design, conformal coating on PCBA and independent air flue, all them work together to ensure the VFD has longer life time.
5. High starting torque:
In No PG flux vector control mode, when output frequency is 0.25Hz, VFD can reach 150% rated torque; In PG flux vector control mode, when output frequency is 0Hz, VFD can reach 180% rated torque.
6. High torque precision:
In No PG flux vector control mode, torque control precision is less than 7.5%; In PG flux vector control mode, torque control precision is less than 5%.
7. Compact structure:
Book style structure saves room for whole electric cabnet. More VFDs can be installed in the same width cabinet.

Brake unit and Brake resistor | ||||
1. Brake unit is built-in for VFD power equal and under 22kw, and is not included(optional) for VFD over 22kw. 2. External brake resistor is a necessity for all VFDs. It can be selected according to brake energy and brake torque. In below form there is the minimum resistance and power value to match different model. In actual use, the brake power value must be higher than that in the form, and the selection of the braking resistor power based on braking energy. | ||||
