Product Description
Probenecid inhibits the active reabsorption of urate in the proximal tubules, increases the excretion of urate and reduces the concentration of urate in the blood. It can alleviate or prevent the formation of urate nodules, reduce joint damage, and promote the dissolution of formed urate. No anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can competitively inhibit the secretion of weak organic acids (such as penicillin and cephalosporins) in the renal tubules, so it can increase the blood concentration of these antibiotics and prolong their action time.

Function:
1. It has antibacterial activity similar to macrolides.
2. It is effective for Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma.
3. Prevention and treatment of cow pneumonia and mastitis caused by sensitive bacteria are also used for Mycoplasma disease of pigs and chickens.
