GENERAL
LTD Series General Electron Flowmeter (hereafter call flowmeter), is a precise flowmeter measuring the flow of liquid in the tube. This flowmeter is a patent right product, which is independent researched and developed by the technicians of our company based on innovation and improvement to foreign latest advanced technology. It has the characteristic of high accuracy measuring, compact size, wide flow range, strong anti-jammed, sands-proof, high-temperature, resistance, anti-corrosive, low power consumer, local LCD display, far transmission. It is widely used in petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, light industry, especially applied in measurement of watery oil in oil field and measurement of low-viscidity sewage, finished oil and edible oil. The flowmeter is composed of four parts: body, core, sensor, and meter head. The core is easily taken out from body, which is very convenient to the periodical maintenance. Applied with advanced electron technology and particular design, it remains high stability and anti-disturbance. It can be applied in explosion situation with the anti-explosion grade of EXdIIBT4. For local display, this flowmeter is charged by inner lithium buttery, which can work continuously for three years.FEATURES

PRINCIPLE
When the liquid runs through the flow meter, it will push the wheel to spin. Within a certain flow range, the circling speed of the wheel is directly proportional to the volume of the flow. When the wheel runs, the magnetic stainless slice of the wheel will approach the loop of the sensor and periodically change the resistance of loop which results in the emergrnce of the impulse signal which is directly proportional to the volume at the moment through the change of amount of loop's magnetism. This signal, after analysed and amplified, will display respectively instant and total flow.

- Accuracy : ±0.5%, ±1%, ±1.5%
- Measuring Liquid temperature range : -40ºC~+80ºC and 0ºC~+150ºC
- Ambient temperature : -40~+80ºC
- Pressure loss : For DN less than 50mm, the pressure loss <0.1MPa; For other nomial diameter, the pressure loss <0.03MPa
- Installation Type : Any angle installation.
- Explosion proof Grade: ExdIIBT4
- Output signal: 1) standard pulse output 2) 4~20mA current output 3) RS-485/422 computer communication output
