Material characteristics

Heat resistance



The CPVC cable pipe is 15 °C higher than the ordinary UPVC double-wall corrugated pipe in heat-resistant temperature. It can keep undeformed at above 93 °C and has enough strength.



Insulation performance



CPVC cable protection pipe can withstand more than 30,000 volts of high pressure.



Compression resistance



CPVC buried high-voltage power cable protection pipe after material modification, product ring stiffness up to 1Okpa, significantly higher than the relevant state departments for buried plastic pipe, its ring stiffness should be more than 8 kpa.



High impact strength



The buried high-voltage power cable protection pipe can withstand the impact force of 1kg heavy hammer and 2m height at 0 °C, which fully reflects that the low-temperature impact performance of the material is completely suitable for the requirements of the construction environment.



Flame retardancy



Both PVC and CPVC materials have good flame retardancy and can be put out when leaving fire. In particular, CPVC material, because of its chlorine content is significantly higher than PVC, so flame retardancy and smoke density index has increased significantly.



Installation performance



CPVC cable protection pipe is light in weight, high in strength and simple in construction and laying method. It can be excavated and buried at night, backfilled with road surface and open to traffic during the day, the utility model has the advantages of convenient and fast installation and connection, good connection and sealing performance, can prevent the leakage of groundwater, and effectively protect the use safety of power cables.
