1. Scraper thin film evaporator introduction

 

 

The scraper type thin film evaporator is a kind of high efficiency evaporation and distillation equipment which can be evaporated or distilled by high speed rotation of liquid into uniform thin film. It also can be used in deodorizing, defoaming, heating, cooling and other unit operations. It can be widely used in the industries of medium and Western pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical and environmental protection.
The centrifugal scraper thin film evaporator adopts advanced foreign technology, and has the international leading position in the domestic scraper type thin film evaporator field. This equipment has been used as the main engine of the scraper vacuum refining unit, and has won the three prize of science and technology progress of the State Administration of pharmaceuticals.

 

2.Performance and characteristics

  • The centrifugal sliding groove rotor is used in this equipment, and the latest structural evaporator in foreign countries can also form thin film under the condition of very small flow. The silt in the surface attachment treatment liquid on the inner wall of the tube evaporation section can be removed quickly by the movable scraper, and the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40% to 69% compared with the fixed clearance scraper evaporator. It has the following properties and features:

  • 1) .the heat transfer coefficient K is high, the evaporation capacity is large, the evaporation intensity can reach 150kg/m: HR, and the thermal efficiency is high.
    2) . the heating time of the material is short, about 5 to 10 seconds, and working in the vacuum condition, it is more favorable to the heat sensitive material, keep all kinds of ingredients without any decomposition and guarantee the quality of the product.
    3) . adapt to a wide range of viscosity, high and low viscosity can be processed, the material viscosity can reach 100 thousand CPS (CP)
    4) . Changing the angle of the scraper groove angle can adjust the flow time of the material in the evaporator.
    5) . The inner wall of the evaporator section is precisely boring and polishing, and the surface is not easy to produce coking and scaling.
    6) . It is easy to operate, the product index is easy to fall, and can be controlled continuously under closed conditions.
    7) . The equipment has small footprint, simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy cleaning.
