1.   C61250CX60X32 HEAVY DUTY HORIZONTAL NC LATHE

2.    This machine is mainly used for all kinds of rotary parts processing, such as cylindrical, end surface, grooving, tapering, circular arc and curved surface, threading, etc.
This machine is an economical heavy horizontal lathe with nc function, but as conventional heavy duty lathe precision inspection) ,which is designed by my company independent development. The main transmission and feed adopts separable type. The bed adopts integral three guide, main guideway adopts intermediate frequency quenching treatment, spindle box adopts through shaft type, two supports, the highest speed is 120 r/min. At the same time, this machine is equipped special frame type tool post, Germany Siemens 808 d system. The tailstock and tailstock sleeve movement adopts motor way, the tailstock lock use manual way. A big platform and hanging button station is easy to operate.
