ZY-Series Yttrium-based Heavy Rare-earth Compoud Nodulizer Used in Heavy Section Iron Castings

I. Characteristics of the product

This product has a relatively stronge capacity of anti-nodularization degeneration, anti-graphite distortion and anti-interferential elements and strong capacity of ball reaction. There is no need to worry about nodularization degeneration. We can easily produce real high-quality under existing working conditions. It can be widely used in heavy section (section > 80mm) casting production. Its processing technology is basically the same as that of light rare-earth nodulizer. It's suitable for iron liquid of the temperature of 1400ºc -1550ºc, ordinary pour-over process, with adding amount 1.0-1.8% (depend on the level of impurity content of the iron liquid ), after packaging the nodulizer, cover it with ferrosilicon or iron fillings, iron plate above, there is no need to take special desulphurization and cooling measures. After the ball reaction, in general cases, we can guarantee nodularization grade above 3 grades within 2.5 hours. The nodularization rate is high, the graphite ball number is large, and the roundness degree is fine.

2. Physical state

The section of the products should be silver;
Product grain size range is 5-30mm, the products whose grain is smaller than 5mm and greater than 30mm won't exceed 5% of total amount;

If the demanding party has special demands on chemical composition and grain size, we can consult separately.     

3. Packaging, marking and quality assurance

(1) Packaged in liner standard double-layer plastic woven bags, net weight 25kg / bag;

(2) The packagings should have clear product name and quantity mark. We give quality certificate that is consistent with requirements and products.
