H-beam Steel Structure Heavy Duty Assembling MachineAutomatic clamp, centralize the web and flange, align and weld them together. The H beam automatic assembly machine can improve the working efficiency by more one time than manual operation. The main engine drive is controlled by imported AC frequency adjustor to make sure stable and reliable. There is pilot arc device to ensure welding quality and accuracy.

The positioning of web and flange is realized with hydraulic drive, on the two sides, the mechanical clamping and centralizing is acted synchronously, to ensure web and flange positioning with various sizes within allowed range.
The automatic centralizing is accurate and needless to adjust each time(no center deviation wheel for minor adjustment). When assembling, there is automatic hydraulic holding frame which can go up and down, to make sure web and flange are in matched position. The upper beam has 4pairs of guide on the left and right to make sure stabilization.
The automatic welding system is driven by light cylinder without compressed air source. The inlet and outlet table roller and inlet tension rod are sectional type, and can add and remove according to customer need.
Supply scope:
1, The main structure: Main frame, upper gate frame, synchronous clamping and centralizing system of web and flange, main transmission motor reducer.
2, Inlet table roller system: Active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets, tension rod: 3 sets.
3, Outlet table roller system: Active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets.
4, Hydraulic system: Oil bump station, high pressure rubber pipe, and hydraulic cylinder.
5, Electric control system: Electric cabinet, AC frequency converter and etc.
Warranty and after-service:
1. The seller will send workers to the working site of the buyer for engaging in and instructing the installation and test, until the equipment is ready for use. We also train the equipment operator and maintenance staff for user.
2. Equipment guarantee period is one year. During this period, for the breakdown not caused by mis-operation by user, we will be responsible for repair and replace.
3. After the guarantee period, our companies will provide maintenance service and spare parts at low cost.
