This machine product line is suitable for filling semi-liquid products without or with small particles:such as honey,fruit jam,butter ,olive oil,tomato sauce,peanut butter,chocolate paste,shampoo,body wash,liquid detergent,dishwashing liquid,etc.



 

Performance feature

1.workflow:Bottle unscrambling→filling→capping(optional vacuum capping)→labeling   ribbon printing/inject printing (optional).

2.Machine has nice apperance and reasonable structure,it is currently the most advanced new design thick sauce filling machine,machinecan be customized with 4/6/8/12 etc filling heads according to customer's production capacity.

3.Adopts volume displacement plunger pump for filling (when the filling volume difference is large,the ccorresponding pump body needs to be replaced),can do overall adjustment of all the pumps,can also do slight adjustment of a single pump,quick and cinvennient.

4.PLC contral system,color touch screen display,filling vvolume can be adjusted directly on the touch screen,easy to operate.

5.The machine comes with heating and stirring system,so that make the product more uniform,better mobility,easy to fill.

6.Has function of no bottle no filling,frequency contral,automatic counting

7.Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel,meets GMP standard
