Structure
The Pelleting machine consists of the main machine (the main machine of the Spheroid Granulator is composed of the material barrel, rotary disc , transmission mechanism and motor), blower, exhaust duct, control cabinet, air filter (optional) and air heater (optional) and so on. The material barrel and rotary disc are all finish machining, which fully guarantees the uniform gap between the material barrel and rotary disc. The special transmission mechanism makes the equipment run smoothly. The motor can change the rotation speed freely through the inverter control, which is suitable for rounding a variety of materials.

Principle
Damp granule prepared in the previous process (mixing the powder material with the binder to make a suitable soft material, and then it use the granulator to make the soft material into damp granule) , Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk. It can make the damp granule in float and circle by the air from gap, rotating centrifugal strength and itself gravity, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet. After that, the ball will be dried by a dryer dmachine to obtain the desired spherical particles.
System composition: mixing + preliminary granulation + full Spheroid Granulator + dry + screening = finished product
