Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: FRAE is a professional bathroom equipment manufacturer which ocated in Zhongshan. We have our own sales dept, R&D dept, purchase dept, keepbooking dept, and production team, and our emplyee over 450 in total. The quality and delivery date could control well by manufacturer.

Q; What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment by TT is the common trade way. We can be negotiated the payment term accroding the actual situation

Q: How is your packing?
A: The glass and hardware accessories have been protected by bag or box, and we offer the 5 layer carton with full ployfoam or honeycomb carboard for protection. Ourter with nylon cable ties to fixation. Offening the pallet package could be ok if customers requirement. Installation instruction will be including for each item.

Q: How about the logo and label for the order?
A: Neutral package with brief specfication mark is the regular packing. We can be customized the logo and label as customers request.

Q: What is your delivery date?
A: Normally in 35-40 days for the batch of goods, 15-20 days for the samples. About the mass quantity goods, we need to be further discussion.
