Description of Counter Flow Cooler:
Feed Pellet Cooler is mainly used for cooling of pellet feed in the feed pelleting section. It cools the pellet feed coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°Cto a temperature 3°C~5°C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content. The cooled pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going mouldy, that it is good for the transportation and storage of pellet feed.
Features of Counter Flow pellet Cooler:
1) The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and
moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets. At the Same time, The airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger,therefore it can get better cooling effects.
2) Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging,low residue.
3) Low pow consumption, easily operation.
4) Pellet temperature after cooling is less than 3-5ºC ambient temperature.

Cooling and screening process
Cooling and screening machine: The Pellets from pellet mill may exit at up to 88°C and 17-18% moisture. The temperature of pellets must be quickly reduced to make the moisture level to 10-12% or less for proper storage and handling. Pellets must therefore be cooled and dried. Our cooler Adopt counter-flow cooling principle, pellet cooled fully and equally. The temperature of the pellets after cooling is not higher than room temperature +3-5 degree.
Delivery&Warranty of Counter Flow pellet Cooler:
Delivery time: within 30 days after received your 40% down payment.
Warranty: The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of exporting date. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer toprovide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (roundtripairticket, boardandlodging).
