An organic alkali agent which has an excellent buffering effect, and replaces the soda ash in the traditional process with a dosage of 1/7 to 1/10 when dyeing, and can provide simultaneous dyeing and fixing.

1.Easy to use, can be evenly mixed with water at any ratio, and is evenly dispersed in the dyeing solution, better leveling effect than the soda ash in the traditional process.
2.Substitute alkali powder is a new type of excellent buffer organic base, which can avoid uneven dyeing and fabric damage caused by excessive alkali addition in traditional process, thereby improving product quality.
3.Substitute alkali powder is easy to clean, will not cause alkali spot due to poor washing like the soda ash in traditional process, and has better soaping fastness and rubbing fastness than soda ash.
4.The dyeing residue has lower COD value, which reduces wastewater treatment cost and reduces environmental pollution.
5.Suitable for simultaneous and step-wise dyeing and fixing of various equipment, various reactive dyes and different bath ratios

This product is non-toxic, but corrosive. When using it, it is necessary to strengthen labor protection and avoid direct contact with the skin. If you touch the skin, wash it with a weak acid solution and rinse with cold water.in
