Usage and using scope:
Ball mill is the key milling equipment after material has been crushed. It is widely used in cement, silicate, new construction material, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as ceramics. It is widely applied to dry or wet grinding for ores and grind able materials.
Working principle:
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driving by brim gearwheel; There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet, inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls with various kinds. The shell rotates which generates eccentricity, this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding in the first chamber, material goes into the second chamber through segregate screen, in the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel balls, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged through the discharging screen.
Srtuctural characteristics:
The ball mill is formed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (gear box, small transmission gearwheel, motor and electric control ). The central hollow shaft is cast steel, the inner liner can be changed, the rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing, and there are wearable liners with favorable anti-wear ability. Reliable and stable are the main advantage of this equipment.
Note: According to the discharging method and material type, there are dry type ball mill and wet type ball mill can be chosen.
Product Description
Features
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).
The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable.
The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
Descriptions
The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
