I. Function
-It is adopt to grind, cement, stick and roll up any kinds if tire treads
- Feed, grind, cement and roll up automatically, labor intensity are lower and efficient.
- Electrical system is adapted to PLC, it is convenient to operate.
- The lower roller is adopting to adjust ring which adjusts the two side edge of tread.
- The depth of grinding is adapted to worm wheel gear reducer and wire rod depth precision.
- Pneumatic part is adapted to famous brand AirTAC.
- Grinding roll speed is high up 1500mm/s or more.
- Oil paint of press is adapt to famous brand (Dulux) for the beauty and nice.

IV. Inspection and Test Running Before Delivery
Before leaving factory, this rubber vulcanizing machine needs to pass 24 hours' test running and guarantee no oil leakage and seeping to avoid unnecessary quality problems.
V. Packaging and Delivery
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
VI. Our service
1. Test running: The above machines are all passed inspection of 3~5 hours of full load operation before leaving our factory. And we will take the video and send it to you for inspection. You can use it directly thus saving the time of test-run and expense. And we also warmly welcome to our factory to inspect and test running.
2.Warranty: 12 months after installation, if our machines have any problems, please feel free to contact me. We will solve it for you as soon as possible, and give you the best services.
