 O type pneumatic cut-off ball valve is often assemble with pneumatic double acting actuators. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, convenient operation, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, textile and other industrial production process automatic control and remote control.

The structure principle:
O type ball valve is composed of the valve body, ball, valve shaft, sealing ring, packing, plate and other components.The actuator consists of a gas, a piston, gear, output shaft, bearing, cylinder head, piston guide ring, bearing, an adjusting bolt, "O" type rings and other major parts.
Using the principle of Mechanism and the valve connected with the connecting shaft. The input air pressure inside the cylinder, acting on the piston to produce certain thrust, so that the gear output in piston driven, so that the gear output shaft to rotate, and drives the valve shaft to rotate, so that the ball valve in the valve with the valve to rotate, changing the circulation area, to change the media flow valve purpose.
