1. Application:
Suitable for Teflon high temperature resistance wires( Fluorine plastic such as FEP, FAP, ETEF), Micro-fine coaxial cable, USB3.1 and Type-C cable ( coaxial structure type),tube and various thin-skin multiplayer insulation cables extrusion, the core wire of LAN cables and data cables (HDMI, DP,SFP,QSFP) extruding or sheath extrusion.

2.1 Extrusion material: THV,FEP,ETFE,PFA.
2.2 Extrusion conductor spec: AWG26-AWG40
2.3 conductor diameter: 0.12mm-0.50mm;
2.4 insulating finished diameter: 0.028mm-1.0mm;
2.5 Conductor pay off tension: 30g-300g;
2.6 Take up tension: 0g-1000g.
2.7 Max line speed: ≤200m/min ( according wire specification)

2. Adopted special screw, cylinder, crosshead and dies, wear-resistant, durable and extrusion stability.
3. Applied to precise automatic detecting feedback system for guaranteeing production speed, controlling sensitivity precision, reducing the errors of diameter and the thickness of sheath.
4. The outer diameter and capacitance detection device can be selected to control to the outer diameter of the product, foaming degree and eccentricity parameter etc.
5. The heating part is copper-alloy heater with high temperature resistance.
