ROTARY BRICK KILN

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Ring Type Rotation kiln is a new energy-saving, environment-friendly kiln. The green bricks are fixed and kiln body moves for brick firing. The kiln body could be divided into three parts: preheating zone, firing zone and cooling zone. The finished bricks are loaded on to truck for delivery after cooling.



THE FEATURES:
1)Investment Cost Saving: The investment cost is decreased 25%,this type of kiln dose not need any kiln cart, which is a big investment in normal tunnel kiln.
2)Land Saving: This kiln is integration design, which could save the land.
3)Energy Saving: Heat energy circulation technology could save 40% coal and power consumption.
4)Construction Time Saving: The integrated kiln design could save the period of the construction.
5)Labor Cost Saving: Ring kiln could be combined with robot so that it could save the labor cost.
6)New Technology : Avoid green bricks stick on the kiln cars.
